While customer satisfaction is our atmost goal, we do have some terms and conditions regarding purchase and return of products from Talavera Emporium.
Since all the products are hand made, each product is unique in its own right and may slightly differ from the picture on our webstore. No two products are fully alike in our store and the customer needs to be aware of that before purchase.
All products are refundable with a proof of purchase within 7 days,provided the product is returned in the same condition as it is sold. In this case, we will refund the amount paid for the returned items, minus the corresponding packing and shipping costs incurred by our company. The customer also must send the returned items using proper packaging and cover the shipping of the products to be returned. If an item arrived broken during shipment, the customer must keep the broken product along with the original packaging for UPS verification, so we can replace the product or refund it. If an item is missing the customer must advice us within 7 days after the delivery date.
Please select your Talavera items carefully. In case of returns or cancellations a 20% restocking fee will be imposed. Custom talavera products are made to customers specifications at our factory and usually takes 4 to 6 weeks for design and production. Hence these custom products are not returnable or refundable. Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
We accept major credit cards and personal checks. No cash or COD accepted.
Some products are made to order, and may take 2-4 weeks for delivery.
